How I work

I start by understanding your business. Having been a project manager in production helps me see where time gets lost and which figures really matter when deciding.

I build with generative AI every day (Claude Code, Codex, in VS Code). It lets me deliver solid tools quickly. I stay in charge of the choices, the tests and the reliability of every result.

My training at HEC Montréal helps me make sure a figure is accurate and significant before it is used to make a decision.
